Whistler Village & Village North

Walk to both mountains, every restaurant, and the après — this is Whistler at full volume. Ownership here is mostly condos, largely covenanted for nightly rental, which is exactly the opportunity if income matters to you.

Rising up Blackcomb above the Village: the Upper Village, the Chateau, and Whistler's true ski-in/ski-out addresses — where the run home is the commute. Quieter than the Village, closer to the snow.
